These girls were selling coconut water (agua de coco). It is an extremely refreshing drink, full of minerals, and is simply the liquid that is inside coconuts. Some people erroneously call it coconut milk, but in reality coconut milk is made from the coconut flesh. Coconut water is the liquid that comes out when one cracks the coconut.
