Playa Caribe beach: cave-entrance.jpg

This is the entrance I used to enter the first cave just past Playa Caribe beach (there are two entrances to this one). It looks smaller in the photo, but the hole is about 3.5 feet in diameter and about 5 feet down. My hands were full; I had a camera in one hand and camera bag in the other, so just jumped in and landed safely in the soft sand below. On hindsight, the other entries would have been easier. This hole down is on the far end of the cave, which is about 35 to 40 feet long, and pretty well lighted by the 3 entries.
